Tripartite Collaboration Agreement with KGMU
King George’s Medical University (KGMU) Lucknow, the Awadh Incubation Foundation (KMC Language University) and Acuity Neocare signed a three-year tripartite agreement covering clinical validation, research, pilot implementation and technical evaluation of the Acuity neonatal monitoring platform.
KGMU’s advanced neonatal intensive care infrastructure supports the clinical testing, while the collaboration connects Special Newborn Care Units (SNCUs) with KGMU — strengthening newborn care across the region.
Clinical Validation at Niloufer Hospital, Hyderabad
The Institutional Ethics Committee (Biomedical & Health Research) of Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad granted ethical clearance for the study “Clinical Validation of Acuity Monitor at Niloufer Hospital” — with Dr. L Swapna, Professor, Department of Neonatology, Osmania Medical College, as Principal Investigator.
This clearance enables clinical validation of the Acuity Monitor at one of India’s largest children’s hospitals, extending our validation footprint beyond Uttar Pradesh.

Officially registered on StartinUP, the Government of Uttar Pradesh’s startup portal, joining the state’s recognized innovation ecosystem.
UP Prototype Development Grant — Both Stages Cleared
Successfully cleared both evaluation stages for the Government of Uttar Pradesh’s ₹5 lakh prototype development grant, with the second-stage evaluation chaired by the Principal Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh. The Prototype Development Incentive application was subsequently approved by the Policy Implementation Unit (PIU) and marked “Approved” on the Startup Incentive Portal.
Government of India Test License
Received the Test License from the Government of India, clearing the path for clinical evaluation of our neonatal care solutions.

The very first Acuity Academy workshop — hands-on neonatal care skill training for nursing staff, marking the beginning of our training journey.

A hands-on nursing workshop with certificate distribution and structured post-workshop skill assessment reports for every participant.
St. Mary’s College of Nursing, Lucknow — National Conference Skill Training Faculty
Acuity Academy served as skill-training faculty at the 2nd National Conference on Nurse-Led Clinics, conducting “Tour the Station” sessions on Digital Innovations in Nurse-Led MCH Clinics, Emergency Obstetric & Pediatric First Response, and Essential Newborn Care & Neonatal Resuscitation — with Dr. Geetanjali Srivastava felicitated as Skill Trainer by the Organizing Committee.
FOGSI Conference — Acuity Exhibition Booth
Acuity Neocare exhibited at a dedicated “Newborns” booth, showcasing three verticals side by side — Acuity NeoRes making its first public release, the Acuity Monitor, and Acuity Academy’s nurse training programs — building credibility among obstetricians and neonatal care providers over the two-day exhibition.
Cohort 1 Initiated — Hybrid Certification Program
The first cohort of the hybrid Neonatal Nursing Certification Program was initiated, with admissions opened on 28 March and Session 1 conducted online on 16 April. The batch progressed through structured weekly live sessions with Neonatologist faculty, an interactive live assessment quiz on the Acuity quiz platform, and hands-on contact training — with graduates seeding the referral-based admissions for Cohort 2.
FOGSI Conference, Amravati — Acuity Exhibition Booth
Acuity Neocare represented its products and the Academy at the FOGSI conference in Amravati, led by Dr. Harshal Khade — extending Acuity’s presence beyond Uttar Pradesh into Maharashtra.
